Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft-based infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking
equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows operating systems, including Active Directory,
Exchange,
and SQL Server.
- Monitor the performance and health of the Microsoft-based systems, identify and troubleshoot issues, and
- implement solutions to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Perform backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning to ensure the security and integrity
of
our data and applications.
- Collaborate with other members of the IT team to provide technical support and assistance to end-users and
resolve issues related to Microsoft-based systems and applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation of Microsoft-based infrastructure, including system architecture,
network
topology, and configuration details.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies and best practices, and implement these
technologies
as appropriate to improve system performance, security, and reliability.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in Microsoft system administration, including Active Directory, Exchange, and SQL
Server.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server, including server operating systems, networking, and
storage.
- Experience with virtualization technologies, including Hyper-V and VMware.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Familiarity with networking and security protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
